Access My GoFax Account

To access our range of service options and settings, please follow the steps below to login to your GoFax secure web portal.
To log into your GoFax account:
  1. Go to https://www.gofax.com.au/
  2. Click  LOG IN on the top right corner of the page or to access the login url directly go to https://clientadmin.gofax.com.au/login.aspx
    • Username - Enter the Username created when your GoFax Account was created or the sub-account Username created by the account holder
    • Email - Enter the Email address used to create your GoFax Account or enter the email of the sub-account created by the account holder
    • Password - Enter the password
  3. Click Sign In.

Please note that after five incorrect login attempts, you will be required to change your password as a security measure.
