Resetting your password

If you have lost your password or require it to be reset, please follow the steps below.

If you wish to change your password:

  1. Log in to your GoFax secure web portal
  2. ​Go to the left main menu "Dashboard"
  3. Select "My Settings", then "Profile Management & Recovery"
  4. Under "Change Password", select "To change your current password, please click here”
  5. Enter your "current password" and "new password" as required.

Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, must include a capital letter, must include a number, must include a special character, and cannot include your username.

If you have lost your password and are logged into the portal:

  1. Log in to your GoFax secure web portal
  2. Go to the left main menu "Dashboard"
  3. Select "My Settings", then "Profile Management & Recovery"
  4. Under "Password Recovery", enter the email address associated with your user-ID in the "Email:" text box.
  5. Click "Send Email".

If you have lost your password and are not logged into the portal:

  1. Go visit www.gofax.com.au and select the LOG IN option.
  2. Click "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your user-ID in the "Email:" text box.
  4. Click "Send Email"

GoFax will send an email to your account’s email address containing a link which will load a password reset page. Enter your new password as required. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, must include a capital letter, must include a number, must include a special character, and cannot include your username.
