# Access My GoFax Account

To access our range of service options and settings, please follow the steps below to login to your GoFax secure web portal.

To log into your GoFax account:

1. Go to [https://www.gofax.com.au/](https://www.gofax.com.au/)
2. Click  **LOG IN** on the top right corner of the page or to access the login url directly go to [https://clientadmin.gofax.com.au/login.aspx](https://clientadmin.gofax.com.au/login.aspx)
3. Click **Sign In.**

**Please note** that after five incorrect login attempts, you will be required to change your password as a security measure.
