Adding prepaid send credits

Additional send credits can be added to your GoFax account at anytime, via 24/7 access to your secure portal. You can choose to top up your account with 'Send Credit Packages' based on your fax/SMS sending needs.
To add prepaid send credits to your GoFax account: 
  1. Log in to your GoFax secure web portal
  2. Go to the left main menu (Dashboard )
  3. Select "My Account" 
  4. Select "Add Send Credits"
  5. The “Top Up Send Account” page will appear
  6. Select a suitable "Prepaid Send Credit Package" from the "Pre-paid bundle" drop-down menu
  7. If you haven't already saved a credit card to your account, enter your credit card details for payment
  8. Review plan selected, then click "Add Credit Now"
  9. On successful payment, send credits will automatically be applied to your account. 
Please note: Prepaid Send Credit Package credits do not expire.  View all prepaid send packages.
You can configure "Low Send Credit" alerts to notify you via email when your credit balance is low.
