How to transfer my account or services

Where you can no longer access your GoFax account to update details or you wish to transfer services to another GoFax account, the following guide applies.

To initiate the transfer of ownership of your GoFax account or service/s, please have the Authorised Account Holder or person of legal authority complete the attached Transfer Authority Form and return.

As per the terms of the "Transfer of Service Terms", a once-off administration fee of $20.00 including GST will apply per ‘Account Ownership Transfer’ request and will be payable by the new Account Holder.

A once-off porting fee of $10.00 including GST will apply per ‘Fax Number Service’ transfer request and will be payable by the new Account Holder.

Once the Transfer Authority form and payment are received, our team will proceed to transfer the account and/or services as per your request.
