Setting up plans with an active GoFax Account

 

If you have completed step 1 of the sign-up process, but have not yet setup a plan, this can be done via the GoFax dashboard.

  1. Before completing the below steps, you will need to verify your email. This can be done by clicking the 'Verify' link in the email sent to you titled 'GoFax Verification'. If you cannot find this, we recommend trying your 'Junk Folder'.
  2. Login to your secure GoFax web portal (using the credentials you setup during Step 1 of your registration). 
  3. To add a Fax/SMS Sending only service, from left menu please select, My Account > Add Send Credits. Here you can choose a suitable 'Send Package' based on your needs. View all Send Packages and pricing. These credits do not expire- and you can top up at any time.
  4. To add a Send/Receive Bundle, from the left menu please select, Receive Fax Service > Add New Fax Number > Choose the Country > Under the 'Receive Service' choose one of the available listed 'Bundle Plans'.  If you would like to transfer an existing fax number to GoFax, choose 'Port Existing Number'. Review all selections and select "Proceed to Payment". View all Bundle Plans and pricing.
  5. To add a Receive Fax only Plan, from the left menu please select, Receive Fax Service > Add New Fax Number > Choose the Country > Under the 'Receive Service' choose a suitable plan.  If you would like to transfer an existing fax number to GoFax, choose a Premium or higher Receive Plan and then select, 'Port Existing Number'. Review all selections and select "Proceed to Payment". View all Receive only plans and pricing.
