Secure File Storage

GoFax® offers a secure File Storage feature for the secure transfer and storage of sensitive data or documentation. The File Storage option can be used to securely store and/or pass on information to GoFax Support.

To view and manage your GoFax File Storage:

  1. Login to your GoFax secure web portal.
  2. From within your GoFax Account, go to the main menu "Dashboard"
  3. Select “My Account”> Select “File Storage”. 
  4. To upload your document, click "Choose file" or "Browse" (may vary depending on your browser).
  5. Select a file from your device, click "Upload Now”.


💡 There are no limits to the number of files, however, the maximum storage on your account is limited to 10 MB.
