How long does GoFax® store copies of my fax content within my online account?

By default, all sent or received fax content (pages/files) are securely stored on your GoFax account for 90 days.

After this time, GoFax will automatically delete the file, however the transaction information (meta data) will be available.

Optional 'Auto Delete' or 'custom retention' options are available, to have your fax content automatically deleted after each fax is sent or received or at a set custom period:

• activate auto delete on faxes sent
• activate auto delete on faxes received
• options for custom retention.
