My Invoices

Invoices for all GoFax online account purchases (using credit card) are available to view and/or download from within your secure web portal at any time. 

To view and/or download your copies of invoices:  

  1. Log in  to your GoFax secure web portal
  2. Go to the left main menu (The Dashboard )
  3. Select "My Account", Select "My Invoices" 
  4. Invoices can be downloaded by clicking on "View/Print" option for each individual invoice.   

Please note:   When a purchase/transaction is processed successfully, the Authorised Account Holder and the Billing Contact will also automatically receive an email with a PDF copy of the invoice.
