GoFax® customers can cancel their plans for fax receive, SMS receive and bundled send/receive at any time.
To cancel a GoFax® plan or bundle, please send an email from the account's Authorised Account Holder email address to support@gofax.com.au requesting cancellation. If you have more than one service, please be sure to specify which plan you wish to cancel.
Please Note: If your GoFax account no longer has any plans/bundles but still has un-used Send credits purchased in one of GoFax’s pre-paid packages, the account will remain open unless you advise us to close it. Send credits can be used to send both fax and SMS and do not expire. Please let our team know if you wish close your account and forfeit any prepaid send credits.
