Does GoFax® have lock-in contracts on its Fax Receive services?

You can cancel your GoFax fax subscription for Fax Receive or Bundle (Send & Receive) Plan at any time. Some notice periods do apply:

Fax Receive or Bundle (Send & Receive) Plans (Australian numbers) - cancellations request must be receive on a business day, prior to the next calendar month.
1300/1800 fax numbers - 30 days written notice
Fax number ranges - 30 days written notice
International fax number services - 30 days written notice.

Does GoFax® have lock-in contracts on its Fax Receive services?

No. GoFax, inbound fax number plans or bundle plans can be cancelled at any time with no lock-in contracts.
