Can I send faxes internationally? Do I need to include an "exit code" in the number?

Yes. GoFax is for business use.

Once you have a GoFax account and have purchased GoFax send credits, you can fax anywhere in the world. You don't need to include an exit code or international prefix (e.g. 0011 or 0018), just the recipient's country code, area code and number.

To enable sending of faxes to destinations outside Australia on your GoFax account:

1. Go to the left main menu (Dashboard)
2. Select "Send Fax Service", then select "Manage Send Settings"
3. Under the "Send Settings" menu, select "General Send Fax Settings"
4. Ensure the "Enable International Send" check box is ticked.
5. Click "Save Changes"
